“Learn from mentors and people you respect, be open to critique and accept that you will make mistakes. Learn from your mistakes.” — Judith Beck
Introducing my book
No Sex at Work inspires you to see yourself as an individual not a gender. Success at work is not about your sex, it’s about you. It’s about learning certain skills and behaviours to help you excel in your career.
— WHAT IS MY PURPOSE
Why I’m passionate about gender diversity
I was fortunate to have great role models and mentors in my upbringing and my career. Not everyone is so fortunate. During my career it became so clear the importance of having good mentors and advocates in your corner guiding you and providing their experience. Not just people who are exactly like you, but people with different ideas and backgrounds who can challenge thoughts and show you other ways of doing things. Diversity of all kinds is so important if we are going to move forward to a more inclusive work culture and world. I am passionate about helping others see themselves as an individual and also for them to see others as individuals capable of doing great things.
Keynote Speaking
The best way to learn in my view, is to learn from people who have real life experience. People who pass on practical tips for you to implement in order to help you on your journey. All my key note presentations are structured for you to walk away inspired and with tools you can use to progress in your career.
